Join us at Oliver’s for a four-course meal celebrating the tender turning of the season in the Catskills. Each dish features the first of spring’s arrivals, with freshly-harvested fare drawn from the earliest offerings of nearby fields, forests, and farms.
It’s a moment to gather, shake off the long winter, and welcome the return of sunnier days alongside neighbors and friends.
